Paraíso desplaza a Piantini: estos son los sectores con los inmuebles más caros de Santo Domingo
According to the ONE's Building Supply Registry (ROE), Paraíso overtook Piantini as the Santo Domingo neighborhood with the highest average price per square meter, rising from RD$93,704 in 2025-2 to RD$218,951 in 2026-1, while the top-20 ranking added new areas and dropped others such as Los Ríos, Ensanche Ozama, Guaricano and Villa Faro.

Menos de cien proyectos sostienen el “boom” constructivo de la Región Metropolitana

Precio del metro cuadrado sube 12.2 % en la Región Metropolitana entre 2025 y 2026

Por decreto, gobierno declara de alto interés nacional el combate al terrorismo ambiental; depredadores podrán enfrentar hasta 30 años de cárcel
