What CommPro DR is, and is not
CommPro DR is a marketplace and data platform for commercial property in the Dominican Republic. We publish listings created by our users and show figures derived from them.
We are not brokers, appraisers, attorneys or investment advisers. We do not represent buyers or sellers, take no part in negotiations, and take no commission on any transaction. Nothing on this site is an appraisal or investment advice.
Your account
You must be of legal age and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secret.
The type you choose at sign-up — owner, broker or investor — is a description, not a permission. Verified broker status is granted by us after review; calling yourself a broker does not confer it.
Listing a property
When you publish, you declare that you are authorised to advertise that property. We record that declaration with your identity, the date and the version of the terms in force. It cannot be skipped or undone.
Listing a property you have no right to advertise is grounds for immediate removal and account suspension, alongside whatever liability you may have to the rightful owner.
A property may have one active listing, identified by its cadastral designation. What you publish must be accurate and kept up to date.
Confidential information
Some figures on a listing are shown only to certain viewers: a registered account, the lister's approval, a signed confidentiality agreement, or proof of funds. That control is enforced in the database, not only in the interface.
If you are given access to restricted information, you may not republish or redistribute it, or use it beyond the purpose for which access was granted.
Prohibited use
You may not scrape the site, resell the data, impersonate anyone, publish false information, or attempt to reach data that is not yours.
Your content
Content you upload remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it on the platform while the listing is active, and to retain it afterwards as described in the privacy notice.
Photographs must be of the property advertised, and you must have the right to use them.
Removal and suspension
We may remove a listing or suspend an account that breaches these terms. We record who decided, when, and why.
Beta and availability
The platform is in beta. Publishing is free during this period. The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Every derived figure carries its source, its date and its verification level. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information published by users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of [[CITY]]. Questions: info@commprodr.com.
