Privacy Notice

Updated: 12 August 2026

Draft under legal review. What it describes is accurate — it was checked against the code — but a Dominican attorney has not yet reviewed it and the company details are pending.

The data controller is [[RAZÓN SOCIAL]], of [[DIRECCIÓN]], RNC [[RNC]]. This notice explains what we collect, why, and who it is shared with.

What we collect

From your account: email address, name, phone if you give one, preferred language, and the date you last signed in.

From your listings: the property details, the photographs you upload, and the authorisation declaration, stored with your identity and a timestamp.

From an inquiry: the name, email and phone the sender types, along with their message.

Technical: we record the IP address when an inquiry is sent and when a listing is published. The first is to limit abuse; the second forms part of the evidence behind the authorisation declaration.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell or share your data for advertising. We do not build commercial profiles. We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic, with advertising signals and ad personalisation switched off.

We set two cookies: your signed-in session, and Google Analytics' measurement cookie. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your own browser and never reaches us.

Google Analytics never receives the identity of a property or a broker: those page addresses are masked before they are sent, so what is recorded is that someone viewed “a property”, never which one. Confidential listings are protected by that same rule.

Who processes your data

Supabase — database, authentication and photo storage. Vercel — site hosting. Mapbox — maps; your browser contacts Mapbox to load the map on the results page. Google Analytics — traffic measurement.

The Supabase and Vercel servers we use are in the United States, so your data is transferred to and stored outside the Dominican Republic.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while the account exists. Published listings and their authorisation declaration are kept even after a listing is withdrawn, because they are the record of who advertised what, and when.

Inquiries are kept while they remain useful to the lister who received them.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, or its deletion by writing to info@commprodr.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Deleting an account does not erase the authorisation declaration attached to a published listing, for the reason given above.

Minors

The platform is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes and contact

If this notice changes, we will update the date shown above. For anything concerning your data: info@commprodr.com.
